This will be the first Latinx Edition Dream Circle co-hosted with Elisha Bouret Elliot of Wix Luxure. It will be hosted in English + Spanish. Everyone is welcome.
The dreamer's journey can be harsh and lonely, but it doesn't have to be. The Dream Circle functions similarly to the Grief Circle, but instead of prompts around grief, we have prompts around dreams. Come access the creative power of art and community and be strengthened, encouraged, solaced, and more through the transformational power of being heard and seen in getting to share our dreams with one another as we move and create through them.
As we create through words, poetry, art, music, etc. around our dreams, we also move towards creating them tangibly. And what a tender space it is to dream today, and any day.
INVITATION:
We’ll share our own answers through story, poetry, or thought & invite anyone who would like to share their response to offer their voice through STORY / THOUGHT / POEM / SONG / ZINE / ANOTHER ART FORM. Bring something you've prepared or share spontaneously as things are sparked through others' sharing.
We’ll also have 15-20 mins of time to create together, so feel free to bring your pens and pencils, paper, collage or zine materials, art supplies, etc. Whatever you like to use to create!
