We Are Always Moving Towards Healing

We are always moving towards healing.

One of the guiding principles of the Grief Circle. This looks different for everyone. It might be the last line of a poem. It might be showing up and not saying anything. It might be sharing your own story in the Grief Circle. It may be finally feeling and facing the feeling. It might just be acknowledging the feeling. It might be a deep breath. It might be recognizing you need something else that’s not this.

Whatever it is, we are always moving towards healing in our own ways, significant to us.

Only you know what is significant to you.

I'll share my own answers through story or poetry & invite anyone who would like to share their story to offer their voice through their own art form.

Prompts:

Each Grief Circle centers around 3 prompts. The prompts for this Grief Circle are:

πŸ’› What gift / lesson / insight / wisdom did someone who passed pass on to you?

πŸ’› If you could ask grief one question, what would it be? (*Submitted by an audience member)

πŸ’› What love letter would you write to yourself or your fear for a fear you've been carrying since grief came into your life?
